Poh Kong Jeweland Lucky Draw [“Campaign”] is organised by Poh Kong Holdings Berhad [“the Organizer”].

By taking part in this Campaign, you have indicated that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions including any amendments, modifications and/or interpretation thereof. You also acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions below and decisions of the Organizer without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of the Organizer shall be final and conclusive.

The Campaign will run from 25 March 2022 – 16 June 2022, 11:59pm.
The Campaign is open to all individual who have successfully registered as Poh Kong Jeweland members. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Campaign: All employees (both permanent and fixed term contract) of the Organizer and their immediate family members.
To participate, you must log in to Jeweland App via http://www.pohkongmember.com.m... or the latest mobile App Version. You must firstly launch the App, then go to Rewards Gallery and claim the voucher to participate.
One (1) claimed voucher registers as one (1) entry submitted to win a prize. You may submit multiple entries to increase chances of winning.
Points used to exchange for the entries shall not be refunded or exchanged in any kind.
All prizes are non-transferable to another individual, non-exchangeable for another model or design or cash or any other kind whether in part of full.
Winners will be contacted via email or contact number registered to Jeweland account. The Organizer will not be held liable in the event the Winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons after at least three (3) attempts and/or days.
Winners are required to collect the Prize at Poh Kong outlet that have selected. Any other additional costs [i.e. travel expenses, transportation cost, duties and taxes] involved to redeem or collect the Prizes shall be borne by your own cost.
If you fail to comply with any of these terms and conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the Reward, or select another winner.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with other prizes of equivalent value without prior notice.
Images of the Prizes shown in any advertisement and/or other promotional materials relating to the Campaign are solely for illustration purposes only and may not depict the actual Prizes.
By participating in this contest, you hereby consent to the Organizer to use, exhibit, publish and display your name, photo and/or video, in any nature or form for advertising and marketing purposes in any form of media at free of cost.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the Campaign in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to this campaign, the decisions made by the Organizer are final, binding and indisputable.
