Terms & Conditions:
1. Applicable to Pavilion Privileges Members only. Non-members are required to download the Pavilion Bukit Jalil mobile app and register as a member.
2. Members are required to spend a minimum of RM500 in a single receipt to be eligible for the mystery gift participation.
3. Redemptions are valid for purchases made in Pavilion Bukit Jalil only.
4. Only same day receipts will be accepted. Members are required to present original receipt and upload with the payment/online transaction slip via the Pavilion Bukit Jalil mobile app.
5. Limited to one (1) redemption per member, per day, while stocks last. Redemptions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Retail staff are not permitted to redeem on behalf of shoppers.
7. Receipts used for other promotions or redemptions are not eligible.
8. Only original receipt is accepted. Duplicate / reprint / used / e-wallet / credit card / top-up / reload / guest check /pre-liminary / sales order receipts are not eligible.
9. Receipts from Parkson, Pavilion Exhibition Centre (PEX) Bukit Jalil, Car wash, money changer, banks, ATM transactions, utilities, monthly installment, deposit and partial payment, purchases of gift cards, cash/shopping vouchers, and Temporary vendors, kiosks, or push carts are not eligible for redemption.
10. This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash and other products or services.
11. Company reserves the right to request proof of purchase for verification in the event of a dispute.
12. Company reserves the right to add, amend, substitute, or withdraw the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
13. All decisions by Company on all matters relating to this redemption are final, and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
