Terms & Conditions
1. Applicable to Pavilion Privileges Members only. Non-members are required to download the Pavilion Bukit Jalil mobile app and sign up as a member.
2. Redemptions are applicable for purchases made in Pavilion Bukit Jalil only.
3. Only receipts on the same day of purchase are accepted. Members are required to present original physical receipt AND upload together with the payment/online transaction slip (if any) onto the Pavilion Bukit Jalil mobile app.
4. Redemption only valid while stocks last, based on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per member.
6. Retail employees are not allowed to redeem on behalf of shoppers in Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
7. Receipts used for other redemptions are not entitled.
8. Only ORIGINAL receipt is accepted. Duplicate / reprint / used / e-wallet / credit card / top-up / reload / guest check /pre-liminary / sales order receipts are not eligible.
9. Receipts from PARKSON, PAVILION EXHIBITION CENTRE (PEX) BUKIT JALIL, CAR WASH, MONEY CHANGER, BANKING, ATM TRANSACTIONS, UTILITIES AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT, PURCHASE OF GIFT CARD(S), CASH VOUCHERS/SHOPPING VOUCHERS, AND TEMPORARY VENDORS/PUSH CARTS/KIOSKS are not eligible.
10. This redemption is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash and other products or services.
11. In the event of a dispute, Pavilion Privileges reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase or verification.
12. Pavilion Privileges reserves the right to add, amend, delete, substitute, or withdraw any of the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
13. The decision of Pavilion Privileges on all matters relating to this redemption is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence thereafter shall not be entertained.
