ASSISTANT MANAGER, MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Responsibilities:

a. Advertising & Branding

  • Assist in developing and executing advertising and branding strategies in line with the mall’s overall objectives.

  • Coordinate the production of marketing collaterals (print, digital, and on-ground), ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

  • Support in managing branding consistency across all platforms and materials, adhering to approved brand guidelines.

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including creative development, printing, fulfilment, and distribution.

  • Work with agencies and vendors to support campaign rollouts and branding initiatives.

  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and campaign opportunities.

b. Social Media & Digital

  • Manage and update all official social media platforms of Pavilion Bukit Jalil with engaging and on-brand content.

  • Monitor, track, and analyse social media performance; prepare regular reports to guide content improvement.

  • Assist in content management across mall touchpoints such as digital screens, directories, and signage.

c. Public Relations & Partnerships

  • Assist in developing PR initiatives to strengthen the mall’s visibility and brand presence.

  • Liaise with tenants and external partners to support campaign collaborations and joint promotions.

  • Provide communications support for internal stakeholders and tenants as required.

  • Coordinate with media, agencies, and suppliers to maximise publicity and branding opportunities.

  • Support in preparing marketing budgets and ensure activities are delivered within approved allocations.
