What are your plans in integrating digital in Pavilion Bukit Jalil with today’s shopper's new behaviour?
While we saw an uptake in online shopping behaviours especially during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period, brick-and-mortar retailers still offers the unique touch-and-feel experience to consumers that cannot be replicated anywhere else. With the online marketplace being so saturated, better in-store retail experiences can help to attract and retain customers more effectively. From a psychological aspect, social support is one of the greatest antidotes to emotional distress and going out shopping or sharing a meal with loved ones in shopping malls allows us the much-needed space to recalibrate and maintain a positive mental well-being.
We are considering the possibility of a seamless and integrated online and offline experience for our shoppers. More announcements will be shared closer to the mall’s opening in Q4 2021.

We have also embarked on building a new flyover which opened in May 2021, directly linking Bukit Jalil City (Jalan 13/155C) to Puchong via the Bukit Jalil Highway, as part of Bukit Jalil City's masterplan.
The project will feature an integrated mixed development combining Pavilion Bukit Jalil mall experience with lifestyle living and commercial business activities within the same area and offers a unique experience with the nature with the connection to the 80-acre recreation park in Bukit Jalil.
