BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM (BAS) OPERATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform preventive maintenance checks on the building automation system, lift, escalators, PA Systems to ensure maintenance works are safe and in accordance with the existing acts and regulations
• Liaise with contractors on maintenance and repair works and ensure that contractors are in compliance with the requirements when carrying out their duties
• Maintain records of jobs performed and ensure that all documentation is completed in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedure
• Support Environment Health & Safety Manager to ensure yearly Bomba inspection is completed and in accordance with Bomba requirements
