Assist to source and secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets
Assist to conduct marketing research in keeping-up with market trends
Attend to leasing enquiries and compile information from potential retailers
Ensure that tenants are consistent with the retail plan and the positioning of the shopping mall
Ensure that all leasing documentation are in good order
Liaise with Legal department on Tenancy Agreements
Maintain strong and good relationships with existing and new tenants
