MEMBER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and process membership applications, renewals and termination
- Respond to queries, concerns and complaints from members or prospect members, provide appropriate solution
- Deliver high-quality customer service, and provide information on membership benefits, policies and procedures to members
- Serve members in a timely and effective manner and record relevant data accurately in the company database system.
- Manage and coordinate gift redemptions while keeping a regular checklist for all stock inventory
- Collaborate with and support marketing team during promotional and festive events
