Rebag Stations

In line with its ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible retail practices, Pavilion Bukit Jalil proudly introduced Rebag Stations at Level 1 Orange Zone, located in front of The Food Merchant. This initiative aims to encourage shoppers to adopt a more eco-conscious lifestyle by reusing paper bags instead of purchasing single-use plastic alternatives. By promoting the use of reusable materials, Pavilion Bukit Jalil hopes to reduce plastic waste and contribute to a cleaner, healthier environment for the community.

To further engage shoppers and raise awareness about sustainable shopping practices, participants were invited to take part in a quick survey at the Rebag Stations. As a token of appreciation for their support of environmentally friendly behaviour, shoppers who completed the survey had the chance to win cash vouchers worth RM50, reinforcing the value of making mindful choices in everyday shopping.

This initiative reflects Pavilion Bukit Jalil’s broader Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) efforts, demonstrating how even small, everyday actions can collectively make a significant impact. By encouraging sustainable habits and rewarding positive behaviour, the mall not only educates its visitors on the importance of reducing plastic consumption but also fosters a culture of environmental responsibility within the community.

Through the Rebag Stations, Pavilion Bukit Jalil continues to champion sustainable practices, conscious consumption and community engagement, highlighting the mall’s role as a responsible corporate citizen committed to building a greener, healthier and more sustainable future for all.
