Terms & Conditions
- The “10,000 Steps Weekday Challenge” (“Campaign”) is organised by Pavilion Bukit Jalil (“Organiser”). The campaign period shall commence from 4 May to 30 June 2026 subject to the terms and conditions stated hereinbelow.
- This campaign is open to individuals aged eighteen (18) and above with a valid mobile phone number, subject to the Terms and Conditions herein contained.
- Participants must register and clock in at the Pavilion Privileges Centre, Level 5 (Orange Zone), before beginning the challenge. Participants who are not yet mobile app users are required to download the Pavilion Bukit Jalil app to complete registration.
- Participants must complete a minimum of six (6) check-ins at different participating stores as a compulsory requirement to meet the eligibility criteria and qualify for the rewards.
- The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Contest:
- all employees of the Organiser, their affiliates and/or their related companies, and members of their immediate families.
- contest agency(ies) and advertising agencies (including its vendors and suppliers who are directly involved in the Contest) of the Organiser.
- Retail’s staff or owners in Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
- This Campaign is valid on weekdays only (Monday to Thursday), excluding Friday, weekends and Public Holidays.
- The Campaign runs from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The last check-in is at 8:00 PM, and participants must check out by 9:00 PM. Check-outs after 9:00 PM will not be accepted.
- Participants must present proof of steps completed via a recognised fitness tracking app (e.g., Samsung Health, Huawei Health, Xiaomi/Mi Health, Honor Health or FitBit).
- Only steps recorded on an individual’s personal device via a recognised fitness tracking app will be accepted. Submissions from smartwatches, step counter apps, pedometer devices, or non-personal devices are not permitted.
- Submissions that are incomplete, altered, duplicated, pre-recorded, edited, screenshots, or otherwise unverifiable data will be deemed invalid.
- The Organiser reserves the right to request additional proof for verification, reject any submissions, and disqualify participants suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity, including manual manipulation of step counts, use of artificial means, or any conduct deemed inconsistent with genuine participation. The Organiser’s decision shall be final and binding.
- Each participant is allowed to register individually, with only one registration per person. Any attempt to register or redeem multiple times, including via different devices or accounts, will not be accepted.
- Each participant may take part in the campaign up to a maximum of eight times per month.
- Participants must scan the QR codes at multiple designated checkpoints via the Pavilion Bukit Jalil mobile app and achieve 10,000 steps within the mall premises on the same day.
- Participants must be physically present to complete both check-in and check-out to take part in this campaign. Rewards must be redeemed on the same day. Any redemptions attempted after that day will be invalid.
- Redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- Eligible participants may redeem a complimentary voucher or gift at the Pavilion Privileges Centre, Level 5 (Orange Zone). The voucher or gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other rewards.
- The Organiser reserves the right to determine, amend, or substitute the type of complimentary gift or reward at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- The Organiser reserves the right to add, amend, substitute, or withdraw any of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
- By participating in this campaign, the Participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this campaign and the decision of the Organiser. The decision of the Organiser shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence, enquiries, challenge, discussion, appeals or objections in respect of any decision or determination made by the Organiser will be entertained.
