Terms & Conditions:
1. This campaign is organised by Pavilion Bukit Jalil and is subject to the Terms & Conditions stated herein.
2. Participants must first register and clock in at Pavilion Privileges Centre, Level 4 (Pink Zone), before beginning the challenge. Participants who are not yet mobile app users are required to download the Pavilion Bukit Jalil app to complete registration.
3. This campaign is open to all individuals aged 18 and above with a valid mobile phone number.
4. Participants must present proof of steps completed via a health or fitness tracking app/device (e.g. Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit).
5. Only steps recorded on personal devices will be accepted. Submissions using non-personal devices, screenshots, edited, duplicated, pre-recorded, or unverifiable data will not be valid. 6. Submissions from Step Counter Pedometer applications will not be accepted with immediate effect.
7. Participants who complete a minimum of 10,000 steps within the mall premises in a day are eligible to redeem a complimentary RM20 voucher, subject to the Terms & Conditions below.
8. The participant must be physically present to qualify and participate in this activity.
9. Each participant is limited to one (1) account and one (1) redemption only. Multiple entries or redemptions by the same participant are strictly prohibited, even if made using different devices/account.
10. Redemption must be made immediately upon meeting the eligibility criteria and cannot be postponed or deferred.
11. Redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
12. Each eligible participant will receive RM20 vouchers. Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into other rewards.
13. Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to determine or change the type of complimentary gift or reward without prior notice.
14. Retail staff are not allowed to participate or redeem on behalf of shoppers.
15. Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to reject any unverified submissions or request further proof for verification.
16. Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to add, amend, substitute, or withdraw any of the Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
17. All decisions made by Pavilion Bukit Jalil in connection with the campaign are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
