Terms & Conditions:
1. Spend a minimum of RM150 (Maybank Credit or Charge Cardmembers: RM100) mall-wide in a single receipt to redeem 1x Raya Packet & 1x Monsta Galaxy Card (random design).
2. Spend RM500 mall-wide in a single receipt to receive 1x Cup and Saucer (Set of 2) or spend RM1,000 mall-wide in a single receipt to receive 1x Luminarc Jug Set. Payment must be made with a Maybank Credit or Charge Card.
3. Redemptions are applicable for purchases made in Pavilion Bukit Jalil only.
4. Limited to 1 redemption per shopper per day, on a first-come, first-served basis. Valid while stocks last.
5. Each receipt is valid for only 1 type of redemption on the same day of purchase.
6. Redemption items are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
7. Only ORIGINAL receipt is accepted. Duplicate / reprint / used / top-up / reload / guest check / pre-liminary / sales order receipts are not eligible.
8. Retail staff in Pavilion Bukit Jalil are not allowed to participate and redeem on behalf of shoppers.
9. Redemption is not valid for a receipt that is collected based on payment that is fully subsidised by cash vouchers.
10. For payment that is partially subsidised by cash voucher, only the amount topped up by card or cash can be considered for the redemption.
11. Redemption is only valid for same-day receipts of monthly packages from tenants (i.e.: Beauty services package, etc.) and subsequent days / weeks / months redemption is no longer valid until the shopper renews the package for another term.
12. Receipts from PARKSON, THE FOOD MERCHANT, PAVILION BUKIT JALIL EXHIBITION CENTRE, CAR WASH, MONEY CHANGER, BANKING, ATM TRANSACTIONS, UTILITIES AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT, PURCHASE OF CASH VOUCHERS / SHOPPING VOUCHERS, and TEMPORARY VENDORS / PUSH CARTS / KIOSKS are not eligible.
13. Pavilion Bukit Jalil may request proof of purchase for disputes, is not liable for any consequences related to prizes and reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions without notice or compensation.
14. All decisions regarding promotions are final and binding, with no correspondence entertained.
