TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The “SPEND BIG, WIN GOLD” (“Contest”) is organised by Pavilion Bukit Jalil (“Organiser”). The contest period shall commence from 27 February to 29 March 2026 subject to the terms and conditions stated hereinbelow.

1. The Contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged eighteen (18) and above subject to the Terms and Conditions herein contained.
2. PRIZES

1. The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Contest:
   1. all employees of the Organiser, their affiliates and/or their related companies, and members of their immediate families.
   2. contest agency(ies) and advertising agencies (including its vendors and suppliers who are directly involved in the Contest) of the Organiser.
   3. Retail’s staff or owners in Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
2. By participating in this Contest, the Participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Contest and the decision of the Organiser. The decision of the Organiser shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence, enquiries, challenge, discussion, appeals or objections in respect of any decision or determination made by the Organiser will be entertained.
3. To be eligible to participate in the Contest, a participant is required to:
   1. Spend a minimum of RM1,000 in a single receipt at Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
   2. On the same date of purchase, complete the contest form via Pavilion Bukit Jalil App, answer the questions, upload the receipt and bank credit card slip to submit entry.
   3. Each receipt is valid for one (1) contest entry only.
4. Participants may submit multiple entries with different receipts.
5. Contest entries are applicable for purchases made in Pavilion Bukit Jalil only and participants are required to retain original single-receipt dated within contest period, which is 27 February to 29 March 2026 that matches the submission entry as proof of purchase.
6. Only original purchase receipt is accepted. Duplicate / reprint / used / top-up / reload / guest check / pre-liminary / sales order receipts are not eligible.
7. Contest entries are only valid for same-day receipts of monthly packages from tenants (e.g., beauty service packages). Receipts from subsequent days, weeks, or months will not be accepted.
8. Receipts from the following are not eligible: Parkson, Pavilion Bukit Jalil Exhibition Centre, car wash, money changer, banking services, ATM transactions, utility payments, deposit payments, purchase of cash or shopping vouchers, and temporary vendors, pushcarts, kiosks.
9. Incomplete submission of contest form or after 29 March 2026 will not be entertained and will be automatically rejected.

1. The Prize is given on an “as is” basis.

1. The Winner(s) may be requested to attend a Prize giving ceremony, gathering, and/or media events or, of which the date, time and venue will be notified by a Pavilion Bukit Jalil’s representative. All transportation, accommodation, personal expenses and any other costs incurred in relation to attending the Prize giving ceremony, gathering and/or media events shall be borne by the Eligible Winner.
   
   
2. Winner must at its own cost and expense collect or arrange for collection and/or delivery of their prize.
3. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or for any other prizes.
4. The Organiser will not be responsible to reimburse the Prize winner with payment equal to the value of the prizes or replace with another prize of similar value if tenant/sponsor ceases or suspends its operations and business at any time during or after the Contest Period, fails or refuses to effect the transfer in favour of the winner.

WINNER SELECTION PROCESS

1. The more a shopper spends and answers the questions correctly during the Contest Period, the higher the chances of being selected as a winner.
2. In the event of a tie, shortlisted participants may be required to write a slogan or answer additional questions related to Pavilion Bukit Jalil, with winners determined based on the accuracy and relevance of the slogan or their responses.

1. Winners will be notified via App push notification or telephone or email stated in the Personal Information registered through Pavilion Bukit Jalil App, wherein the winner is required to verify his identity. In the event the Organiser is unable to contact the winner whether by reason of incorrect contact details provided or otherwise or the winner fails or unable to verify its identity, the Organiser reserves the right to select the next participant as the Winner. The Organiser will not be responsible for any inaccurate and/or incomplete details provided by Participant upon registration through Pavilion Bukit Jalil App.

1. The Winner of the Contest will be announced to the public either through social media or conventional communication platforms in April 2026 (or on such other date as may be revised and communicated by the Organiser). All participants are advised to stay informed by monitoring the official announcement through the designated media channels.
   
   

CONTEST PRIZE REDEMPTION

1. The Prize must be claimed by the winners in person or representative within the stipulated timeline set by the Organiser.

1. The Winners must, in addition to any other documents requested by the Organiser, produce his/her original Malaysia identity card, proof of purchase/receipt and acknowledged receipt for the relevant prize.
2. The Prize, when accepted by the Winner, shall be entirely at the risk of the Winner. To the fullest extent permitted under the law, the Organiser hereby disclaims any and all express or implied warranties in connection with the Prize and including without limitation, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from the course of dealing or course of performance, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
3. In the event that the Winner rejects or fails to redeem the Prize for any reason and/or the Prize is forfeited for any reason, the Organiser shall not be liable for any compensation to Winner.
4. All costs, charges, fees and/or expenses that are associated with the Contest including transportation, accommodation, sustenance and any other costs in relation to the collection and redemption of the Prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
   
   

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. In addition to the Organizer’s rights stated above, the Organiser has the right to immediately disqualify any Participant who is found or suspected to be tampering with the Contest entry submission process, and/or found or suspected to be undermining the operation and administration of the Contest by fraud, cheating or deception.

1. The Organizer reserves the right to use the Winner’s names, photographs and/or testimonial for purposes of publicity and/or advertising without any compensation and/or prior notice.
2. The Organizer makes no guarantee of the error free and/or uninterruptible of the Contest and will not in any manner whatsoever be held responsible for any data loss, interruption, errors that may interfere with a Participant’s ability to participate.
3. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to change, amend, delete or add to the Terms and Conditions, and/or substitute or replace the Prize without prior notice and without assigning any reasons thereof and any such changes, amendments, deletions or additions shall be effective on the posting of at the Contest website at pavilion-bukitjalil.com or Pavilion Bukit Jalil’s social media pages. By participating and continuing to participate in this Contest, the Participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions including any such changes, amendments, deletions or additions as may be amended from time to time. Variation(s) of the Terms and Conditions may be communicated to the Participants through modes of communication deemed suitable by the Organiser. The Participants are advised to check the Contest website periodically to view and check for any such changes.
4. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or terminate this Contest or any part thereof including all the terms and conditions contained herein without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash, credit or in kind shall be given.
5. The Organiser shall not be liable for any losses and/or damages which may be suffered by the Participants, winner and/or any other party resulting from an/or arising out of or in connection with this Contest, subsequent contest and/or the Prize given under this Contest.
6. All prize images shown in any advertisements, publicity promotions and other materials relating to the Contest are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual Prize.
