Terms & Conditions:
1) This Mega Kickoff Shop & Win (“Contest”) is organised by Pavilion Bukit Jalil (“Organiser”). The contest period shall commence from 15 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 subject to the terms and conditions stated hereinbelow.
2) The Contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged eighteen (18) and above, subject to the Terms and Conditions herein contained.
3) The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in this Contest:-
a. all employees of the Organiser, their affiliates and/or their related companies, and members of their immediate families.
b. contest agency(ies) and advertising agencies (including its vendors and suppliers who are directly involved in the Contest) of the Organiser.
c. Retail staff or owners in Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
4) By participating in this Contest, the Participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Contest and the decision of the Organiser. The decision of the Organiser shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence, enquiries, challenge, discussion, appeals or objections in respect of any decision or determination made by the Organiser will be entertained.
5) To be eligible to participate in the Contest, participants must:
a. Spend a minimum of RM500 mall-wide in a single receipt and submit the receipt through the Contest Form to receive one (1) entry;
b. Complete the Contest Form on the Pavilion Bukit Jalil App;
c. Count the items (products and paper bags) inside the giant shopping bag at Level 3, Pink Zone. Items that come in a pair (e.g. shoes) count as one (1) item. Submit your answer in the Contest Form.
6) Contest entries are applicable for purchases made in Pavilion Bukit Jalil only and participants are required to retain original single-receipt dated within contest period, which is 15 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 that matches the submission entry as proof of purchase.
7) Participants may submit multiple entries with different receipts.
8) Only ORIGINAL purchase receipt is accepted. Duplicate / reprint / used / top-up / reload guest check / pre-liminary / sales order receipts are not eligible.
9) Contest entries are only valid for same-day receipts of monthly packages from tenants (e.g., beauty service packages). Receipts from subsequent days, weeks, or months will not be accepted.
10) Receipts from the following are not eligible: Parkson, Pavilion Bukit Jalil Exhibition Centre, car wash, money changer, banking services, ATM transactions, utility payments, deposit payments, purchase of cash or shopping vouchers, temporary vendors, pushcarts and kiosks.
11) Incomplete Contest Form or submission of Contest Form after 31 July 2026 will not be entertained and will be automatically rejected.

12) The Prize is given on an “as is” basis.
13) The winner shall be required to attend a Prize Giving Ceremony scheduled in August 2026 (or such other date as may be revised and notified by the Organiser) to collect the Prize in person. Failure to attend the said Ceremony shall result in the uncollected Prize being forfeited and reallocated to the next eligible winner. Provided always that the Organiser may, at its sole and absolute discretion, permit the Prize to be collected by an authorised representative of the winner, subject to such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Organiser.
14) Following the Prize Giving Ceremony, the Grand Prize winner shall be required to liaise directly with Cycle & Carriage Malaysia Automotive Sdn Bhd for the execution of the necessary agreement(s) and any other relevant documentation to affect the transfer of the Prize in favour of the winner. Such execution and completion shall be made within thirty (30) days from the date of the Prize Giving Ceremony, failing which the Prize shall be automatically forfeited. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser’s obligations in respect of the Grand Prize shall be deemed fully discharged upon completion of the Prize Giving Ceremony.15) The winner of the Grand Prize shall be responsible to obtain all necessary approvals from the relevant authority(ies) and shall bear among others, all charges, insurance, road tax, legal fees, disbursements, taxes - registration fee, PUSPAKOM Inspection Fee and other costs incurred in relation to the Cycle & Carriage Malaysia Automotive Sdn Bhd documents or otherwise.
16) Winner must at its own cost and expense collect or arrange for collection and/or delivery of their prize.
17) All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or for any other prizes.
18) The Organiser will not be responsible to reimburse the Prize winner with payment equal to the value of the Grand Prize or replace with another prize of similar value if Cycle & Carriage Malaysia Automotive Sdn Bhd ceases or suspends its operations and business at any time during or after the Contest Period, fails or refuses to effect the transfer in favour of the winner.
WINNER SELECTION PROCESS
19) A winner will be selected from Participants who have fulfilled all Contest criteria set out in Clause 5, including providing all correct answers in the Contest Form, comprising True/False responses and the correct count of items (products and paper bags) inside the giant shopping bag at Level 3, Pink Zone.
20) In the event that no Participant provides all correct answers as required under Clause 19, the Organiser reserves the right to select Participant(s) whose submitted counts are closest to the correct number. Where more than one Participant submits the same closest count, the tie-breaking process set out in Clause 21 shall apply.
21) In the event of a tie, these contestants will be required to write a slogan in English on Pavilion Bukit Jalil. The Grand Winner will be selected based on the best slogan in terms of relevance and creativity.
22) Winner will be notified via telephone or email stated in the Personal Information registered through Pavilion Bukit Jalil App, wherein the winner is required to verify their identity.23) In the event the Organiser is unable to contact the winner, whether by reason of incorrect contact details provided or otherwise, or the winner fails or is unable to verify their identity, the Organiser reserves the right to select the next participant as the Winner.
24) The Organiser will not be responsible for any inaccurate and/or incomplete details provided by Participant upon registration through Pavilion Bukit Jalil App. The Winner of the Contest will be announced to the public either through social media or conventional communication platform in August 2026 (or such other date as may be revised and informed by the Organiser). All participants are advised to keep a lookout for the aforementioned announcement in the media.
CONTEST PRIZE REDEMPTION
25) The Prize must be claimed by the winner in person or a representative in the manner stated above within the timeline set out in Clause 13 and Clause 14, respectively.
26) The Winner must, in addition to any other documents requested by the Organiser, produce his/her original Malaysia identity card, proof of purchase/receipt and acknowledged receipt for the relevant prize.
27) The Prize, when accepted by the Winner, shall be entirely at the risk of the Winner. To the fullest extent permitted under the law, the Organiser and Cycle & Carriage Malaysia Automotive Sdn Bhd hereby disclaims any and all express or implied warranties in connection with the Prize and including without limitation, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from the course of dealing or course of performance, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
28) In the event that the Winner rejects or fails to redeem the Prize for any reason and/or the Prize is forfeited for any reason, the Organiser shall not be liable for any compensation to Winner.
29) All costs, charges, fees and/or expenses that are associated with the Contest including transportation, accommodation, sustenance and any other costs in relation to the collection and redemption of the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
30) By participating and continuing to participate in this Contest, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments, changes, deletions, or additions made from time to time. Participants are advised to periodically check the Contest website at pavilion-bukitjalil.com and Pavilion Bukit Jalil’s social media pages for updates.
31) The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to change, amend, delete, add, substitute, replace, suspend, or terminate the Contest, the Prize, and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason. Any such changes shall take ebect immediately upon being posted on the Contest website and/or Pavilion Bukit Jalil’s social media pages. No compensation in cash, credit, or kind shall be provided.
32) In addition to the Organiser’s rights stated above, the Organiser reserves the right to immediately disqualify any Participant found or suspected of tampering with the Contest entry process or undermining the operation and administration of the Contest through fraud, cheating, or deception.
33) The Organiser makes no guarantee that the Contest will be error-free and/or uninterrupted and shall not be held responsible for any interruption, errors, technical malfunction, or data loss that may abect a Participant’s ability to participate in the Contest.
34) The Organiser and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claims subered by the Participants, Winner, and/or any third party arising from or in connection with the Contest and/or the Prize.
35) The Prize is provided on an “as is” basis and is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Installation of charging equipment, subscription fees for EV charging plans, and any optional/add-on accessories are excluded from the Prize.
36) The sponsored prize is provided under the manufacturer’s standard warranty only. Cycle & Carriage Malaysia Automotive Sdn Bhd shall not provide any additional warranty and shall not be responsible for any defects, damages, losses, issues, or injuries arising from or in connection with the use of the Prize after handover, with its responsibility limited to the manufacturer’s warranty.37) The Prize image shown in any advertisements, publicity materials, or promotional materials relating to the Contest is for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual Prize.
38) The Organiser and Cycle & Carriage Malaysia Automotive Sdn Bhd reserve the right to use the Winner’s name, photographs, videos, testimonials, and/or statements for publicity, advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without prior notice and without additional compensation.
