1. Each participant is allowed a maximum of one (1) entry per Instagram account.
2. To participate, entrants must:
- Like the post on Instagram
- Follow @pavilionbukitjalil and @chapanda.my on Instagram.
- Tag three (3) friends in the comment section of the giveaway post.
3. The contest period runs from 21 November 2025 to 23 November 2025, 11:59PM. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
4. Winners will be selected randomly and will be announced in the post’s comment section and notified via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram by 25 November 2025.
5. Three (3) winners will each receive:
- 1x 1-week worth of FREE ChaPanda Beverages
- 1x RM50 Shopping Voucher
6. Selected winners must respond via DM with their Full Name, IC No./Passport No., Mobile No., and Email by 28 November 2025. Failure to respond within the given timeframe will result in disqualification.
7. Prizes must be collected in person at the Concierge Counter, Level 3, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, between 29 November – 7 December 2025.
8. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
9. ChaPanda Beverages Voucher Terms:
- This voucher is valid only at ChaPanda Pavilion Bukit Jalil outlet.
- Valid for 7 consecutive days from the first redemption date.
- Limited to one drink per day, and the first redemption must be made before 7 December 2025.
- If a day is skipped, that day’s entitlement will be forfeited and cannot be replaced or redeemed by any other means.
- ChaPanda Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right of final interpretation for this voucher.
10. Any violation of the contest terms may result in disqualification.
11. Prizes not collected within the stated period will be forfeited.
12. Pavilion Bukit Jalil does not provide delivery services for prize collection.
13. Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to amend, modify, or interpret these terms at its sole discretion without prior notice.
14. By participating, all participants consent to the use of their photos, names, and likeness for publicity purposes and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
15. All decisions made by Pavilion Bukit Jalil regarding the contest are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
16. The type and denomination of the shopping voucher awarded will be determined solely by Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
