Terms and Conditions:
- Contest is open to participants with a valid Instagram or Facebook account.
- Participants must follow @pavilionbukitjalil and @indiagate on Instagram or Facebook to be eligible.
- Participants must ensure their profiles are set to public at the time of entry. Profiles may be set to private after winner announcement.
- Contest runs from 26 October to 4 November 2026, 11:59PM. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
- To enter, participants must:
- Follow @pavilionbukitjalil and @indiagate on Instagram or Facebook
- Like the contest reel
- Comment on the contest reel sharing why they want to win
- Tag three (3) friends in the same comment
- Each participant is allowed a maximum of one (1) entry across all platforms. Multiple comments from the same account, or entries from the same person on both Instagram and Facebook, will be counted as one (1) entry.
- Ten (10) winners will be selected via a random draw conducted internally by Pavilion Bukit Jalil and notified via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram or Facebook on 6 November 2026.
- Selected winners are required to respond via DM with the following personal details: Full Name, Mobile No., and Email. These details will be used for prize verification purposes and may be shared with the India Gate representative for confirmation.
- Winners who do not respond by 12 November 2026 will forfeit their prize, and Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
- Each winner is entitled to one (1) RM20 cash voucher for use at India Gate, Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Winners must collect the voucher in person at the Pavilion Bukit Jalil Concierge Counter, with a valid IC/Passport for verification.
- The voucher is valid for thirty (30) days from the winner announcement date (until 6 December 2026) and is valid for dine-in only. It is not valid for takeaway or delivery, and cannot be exchanged for physical cash. Any amount exceeding the voucher value will be borne by the winner. No change or refund will be given for any unused balance.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- Any violations of these terms may lead to disqualification.
- Pavilion Bukit Jalil does not provide prize delivery.
- Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to amend or interpret these terms at its sole discretion.
- By entering, participants consent to publicity and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
- All decisions by Pavilion Bukit Jalil regarding the contest are final and binding. Any correspondence or disputes shall not be entertained.
