Terms and Conditions
- Contest is open to participants with a valid Instagram or Facebook account.
- Participants must follow @pavilionbukitjalil and @nabehotpot_sukiyaki on Instagram to be eligible.
- Participants must ensure their profiles are set to public at the time of entry. Profiles may be set to private after winner announcement.
- No purchase necessary.
- Contest runs from 15 July to 2 August 2026, 11:59PM. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
- To enter, participants must:
- Snap a photo or video with a loved one at the Konnichiwa Japan festive decor at Pavilion Bukit Jalil
- Post it on Facebook or Instagram with a caption sharing why that person holds a special place in their heart
- Tag @pavilionbukitjalil and @nabehotpot_sukiyaki
- Include the hashtag #AishiteruPBJ
- Each participant is allowed a maximum of one (1) entry.
- Three (3) winners will be selected at Pavilion Bukit Jalil's discretion and notified via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram on 4 August 2026.
- Selected winners are required to respond via DM with the following personal details: Full Name, IC No./Passport No., Mobile No., Email, and their intended visit date to Nabe Hotpot Sukiyaki. These details will be shared with the Nabe Hotpot Sukiyaki representative for confirmation purposes.
- Winners who do not respond by 10 August 2026 will forfeit their prize, and Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
- Each winner is entitled to one (1) complimentary Shabu-Shabu dining experience for two (2) persons at Nabe Hotpot Sukiyaki. Winners may visit Nabe Hotpot Sukiyaki anytime within August 2026 and state their details in person for verification. Any additional guests beyond the two (2) persons covered will be borne by the winner.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- Any violations of these terms may lead to disqualification.
- Pavilion Bukit Jalil does not provide prize delivery.
- Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to amend or interpret these terms at its sole discretion.
- By entering, participants consent to publicity and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
- All decisions by Pavilion Bukit Jalil regarding the contest are final and binding. Any correspondence or disputes shall not be entertained.
