1. Spend a minimum of RM200 in a single receipt mall-wide to receive one (1) Father’s Day Pamper Voucher for two (2) complimentary massage sessions at Zero Health Care Kiosk, Level 2 (Pink Zone), Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
2. Shopper may redeem only one (1) voucher per redemption. Redemption must be made at the point of eligibility and cannot be deferred.
3. Redemption is applicable for purchases made in Pavilion Bukit Jalil only.
4. Redemption Period: 9 – 15 June 2025.
5. Redemption Location: Concierge Counter, Level 5, Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
6. Limited to the first 200 shoppers only. Redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis and valid while stocks last.
7. Each shopper is entitled to one (1) redemption per day.
8. Only ORIGINAL receipt is accepted. Duplicate / reprinted / used / top-up / reload / guest check / preliminary / sales order receipts are not eligible.
9. Each receipt is valid for only one (1) type of redemption and must be redeemed on the same day of purchase.
10. Redemption is not exchangeable for cash, other items, or transferable to third parties.
11. Retail staff are not allowed to participate or redeem on behalf of shoppers in Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
12. Redemption is not valid for fully subsidised payments using cash vouchers. For partial payments, only the cash top-up value is considered for redemption eligibility.
13. Voucher Redemption: Scan the QR code at the designated massage chair and enter the referral code provided upon redemption to activate your complimentary session.
14. Redemption is only valid for same-day receipts of monthly packages from tenants (e.g. beauty or wellness service packages). Redemption on subsequent days/weeks/months is not valid unless the package is renewed.
15. Receipts from the following are not eligible: PARKSON, THE FOOD MERCHANT, PAVILION BUKIT JALIL EXHIBITION CENTRE, car wash, money changer, banking services, ATM transactions, utility payments, deposit payments, purchase of cash/shopping vouchers, and temporary vendors/pushcarts/kiosks.
16. Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to request additional proof of purchase for dispute verification, and is not liable for services rendered by participating merchants.
17. Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to add, amend, delete, substitute, or withdraw any of the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
18. All decisions made by Pavilion Bukit Jalil are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
