1. All information provided by the participant is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
2. This is a family-friendly event, and participation is encouraged for parents, guardians, or adults accompanying children. Participants must meet the event’s participation criteria.
3. The organiser reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks. Any false, inaccurate, or misleading declarations may result in disqualification or removal from the event.
4. Participants confirm that they, and any child under their care (if applicable), are in good health and physically fit to participate. Participants agree to take full responsibility for any health-related issues that may arise during participation.
5. Participants must abide by all event rules and safety guidelines provided by the organiser.
6. Participants grant permission for any photography and/or videography taken during the event that may include their participation to be used by the organiser for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials.
7. The organiser shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred before, during, or after the event. Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
8. Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to add, amend, delete, substitute, or withdraw any of the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
9. All decisions made by Pavilion Bukit Jalil are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
